Software Engineering Specialist

• Technical Skills: o Strong expertise in frontend frameworks: React, Angular or similar o Strong experience in backend/API development: Node.js, Spring Boot, Python o Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS preferred) o Proficiency in PostgreSQL or similar relational databases o Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• AI & Modern Engineering o Practical experience with AI-assisted development approaches o Spec-driven development o Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) o Model Context Protocols (MCP), hooks, and automation tools o Familiarity with AI tools for code generation, testing, and design acceleration
• Standards & Practices: o Strong understanding of OpenAPI specifications and API-first design o Knowledge of telecom domain standards (preferred) o Experience with Agile delivery methodologies

• Soft Skills: o Strong communication and stakeholder management skills o Ability to work independently while collaborating in cross-functional teams o Problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
