Software Engineering Senior Associate

7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a track record of delivering complex enterprise applications.

Expert-level proficiency in Python, object-oriented programming, software design patterns, and application architecture.

Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, including data modeling, performance optimization, data warehousing, data governance, and ELT/ETL development.

Extensive experience developing enterprise web applications using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Demonstrated experience designing and building scalable RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems.

Strong understanding of distributed systems, application architecture, integration patterns, and system scalability.

Advanced knowledge of relational databases, SQL optimization, data modeling, and large-scale data processing.

Hands-on experience with AWS services including S3, Lambda, ECS, EC2, API Gateway, CloudWatch, RDS, and related cloud technologies.

Experience evaluating and applying AI-assisted software development tools such as Kiro, Amazon Q, GitHub Copilot, Snowflake Cortex, or similar technologies.

Understanding of AI/ML concepts and emerging capabilities within modern data and application platforms.

Strong experience with Git-based source control, branching strategies, code review processes, and release management.

Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, DevOps practices, and automation frameworks.

Experience implementing automated testing strategies, quality engineering practices, and performance testing approaches.

Proven ability to lead technical design discussions and influence architecture decisions across teams.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and root-cause analysis skills.

Ability to balance hands-on development responsibilities with technical leadership and mentoring.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality solutions.
