Mindpool Technologies is hiring for Group Manager for Software Engineering in Bangalore, Coimbatore, Pune, Hyderabad Mandatory skill set: 12+ years of IT experience in managing Software Engineering teams.

Prior work experience managing projects using Software Engineering.

Hands own working experience in Configuration Management Tools like Clear case, SVN etc .

Driving Associate engagement and related activities.

Driving Competency strategy and development for the team.

Driving Talent acquisition strategy for the department along with HR team.

Excellent team handling skill including coaching, counselling, grooming, and appreciating; ability to handle Architects, Technical Leads, and Developers from different vendors.

Excellent business communication and presentation skill.

Good in on-time reporting and organization leadership.

Proactive and enthusiastic mind-set.

Secondary skill set: Good Knowledge on Software Configuration Management principles, experience IT Infrastructure support, IT Operations management, client management .

Innovation and Lean Process Driven.

B.E. / B.

Tech. or equivalent (full-time) from a reputed institution.
