About The Role

Hands‑on training: Up to 12 weeks in our Skills Lab with expert coaching

Tech toolkit: Learn skills in Object-Oriented Programming, Java, Springboot, React, Python, JavaScript, Git, SQL, cloud platforms, and AI integrations

Industry experience: Work with top brands in finance, insurance, health, including Australia’s Big Four banks

Key contribution: Integrate into a team as a Software Engineer, Automation Tester, Site Reliability Engineer, Cloud Engineer, and more

Build backend APIs that power banking apps used by millions

Create web features for insurance platforms and seeing them go live

About You

Bachelor’s degree in any field

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Willingness to learn

Eligible to work in Australia (citizen or permanent resident) or New Zealand (citizen)

Open to relocating for client projects in Sydney or Melbourne (relocation support provided)
