• The role follows a hybrid schedule with four days per week at an MUFG office or client sites and one remote day.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services with Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
• Develop AI-powered applications and autonomous agents with Python and modern AI frameworks.
• Design agentic AI solutions for planning, reasoning, orchestration, and tool invocation.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems using REST, GraphQL, MCP, and event-driven architectures.
• Integrate LLMs into enterprise applications and deploy cloud-native AWS applications.
• Build responsive ReactJS and TypeScript applications, relational database solutions, CI/CD pipelines, and observability capabilities.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable enterprise solutions.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity.

Required Skills

• At least 8 years of software development experience.
• Strong Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate/JPA expertise.
• Strong Python experience and hands-on AI agent or agentic workflow development.
• Experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, AI orchestration frameworks, REST APIs, and GraphQL.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, event-driven design, ReactJS, TypeScript, Kubernetes, and Docker.
