Job Description Summary

Develop automation and perform manual testing to deliver high-quality healthcare products, platforms, or subsystems.

Define, develop, and evolve testing software in an agile environment using current development technologies and infrastructure.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated tests across unit, integration, API, and end-to-end levels.
  • Define comprehensive test plans, testing strategies, phases, and coverage goals.
  • Build and support scalable test automation frameworks, infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Apply data-driven testing, pairwise testing, mocking, and test hooks based on the system architecture.
  • Improve testability, code quality, defect detection, maintainability, and delivery efficiency.
  • Evaluate tools and technologies, write maintainable code, and support quality-system-compliant releases.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a STEM major.
  • At least 2 years of software development experience in a technical and analytical role.
  • Experience writing Java code for testing solution code, including white-box testing.
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design, software design patterns, and Java coding principles.
  • Expertise with BDD, JBehave, Cucumber, Selenium, JMeter, or related automation techniques.
  • Experience with issue-tracking and agile project management systems.
  • Experience with Linux/Unix, Windows, and virtual machines used in test or integration infrastructure.

Preferred Knowledge

  • Knowledge of healthcare domain standards such as HL7 and FHIR is a plus.
