Position Summary
The GraphQL API team works to improve digital experiences for guests and engineering teams.
The role is a growth position focused on developing skills in GraphQL and API design.
The engineer will research data source APIs, design GraphQL schemas, and implement resolvers.
Technical Leadership
- Train and mentor team members and peers as appropriate.
- Liaise with multiple teams to steer projects from inception to successful delivery.
- Provide financial input on budgets, capital expenditures, and cost or resource estimates when requested.
- Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery processes.
Technology Delivery
- Perform complex quantitative and qualitative analyses for service delivery processes and projects.
- Facilitate expected deliverables and obligations of service providers.
- Validate requirements completeness before service provider solutioning.
- Ensure projects follow defined development and business case processes.
- Coordinate with IT, vendor relations, application delivery, and infrastructure teams for deployment and production support.
