Role Overview
Infor is growing its core engineering team and seeking seasoned Senior Software Engineers to build and scale its platform end to end.
This hands-on full-stack role covers Java microservices, REST APIs, front-end features, and agentic AI capabilities connected to enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Build responsive front-end features and own them alongside backend development.
- Develop RAG pipelines and MCP-based integrations for secure LLM access to data, tools, and services.
- Apply few-shot, one-shot, and chain-of-thought prompt engineering techniques.
- Make pragmatic architecture decisions involving scale, cost, and maintainability.
- Write well-tested code, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with product and cross-functional teams.
- Help set engineering standards and mentor other developers where useful.
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
- Strong Java proficiency and experience designing microservices architectures with Spring Boot or an equivalent framework.
- Experience building secure, maintainable RESTful APIs.
- Front-end experience with Angular or React for responsive user interfaces.
