Role Overview
Infor is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build connected operational models for AI capabilities in the Infor MES and Manufacturing portfolio.
The hands-on role connects manufacturing data, equipment information, production events, and enterprise business context.
The work supports AI-driven diagnostics, automation, decision support, and operational intelligence.
Engineering Responsibilities
- Design and implement knowledge graph solutions for manufacturing operations.
- Develop semantic models for assets, equipment, materials, orders, processes, people, and operational events.
- Integrate MES, IoT, machine, and enterprise data into connected operational models.
- Build APIs and services that expose contextual manufacturing information to AI-enabled applications.
- Design scalable architectures for industrial IoT and telemetry data.
- Support AI reasoning, diagnostics, automation, decision support, and real-time operational intelligence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to architecture, standards, and platform strategy.
Basic Qualifications
- Software engineering experience delivering enterprise applications or platforms.
