Position overview
Cliniconex is hiring an intermediate-to-senior Software Developer focused on agentic AI and automation.
The developer will contribute to the Automated Care Platform and build healthcare communication products used by healthcare teams across North America.
Location and work model
- The role is based in Kanata, Ontario, and follows a hybrid work model with remote and in-office collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Build product features across the Automated Care Platform and Automated Care Intelligence suite.
- Use Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, and other AI development tools in software delivery.
- Plan and implement features across frontend, backend, integrations, and cloud-hosted systems.
- Review, test, and harden AI-generated code before production.
- Build APIs, services, integrations, automation workflows, and AI-powered features.
- Validate behavior through tests, browser testing, logs, code review, and debugging.
- Protect patient privacy and system reliability in a regulated healthcare environment.
- Improve internal agentic workflows, prompts, handoffs, validation loops, and automation.
- Communicate through written technical artifacts, reviews, discussions, and collaboration tools.
