Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize robust features across the full application stack
- Actively leverage AI powered development tools to accelerate development and enhance code quality
- Champion AI assisted development and share insights with the team
- Contribute to the end to end software development lifecycle
- Collaborate with product management, QA, and other engineers to ship intuitive software
- Research and integrate latest software engineering best practices and AI tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of professional experience building and shipping enterprise level software applications
- Experience leveraging AI powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Tabnine, Amazon CodeWhisperer)
- Proficiency in object oriented programming with .NET/C# experience
- Familiarity with modern front end JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue)
- Experience with relational databases and SQL
- Understanding of modern CI/CD pipelines and best practices
- Must be a U.S. Citizen physically located and authorized to work within the United States

- Own the Life Cycle: Contribute to end to end software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate for Impact: Work closely with product management, QA, and other engineers.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience building and shipping enterprise level software.
- Experience leveraging AI powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Tabnine, Amazon CodeWhisperer).
- Proficiency in object oriented programming with .NET/C# experience.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn emerging AI tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with modern front end JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue).
- Experience with relational databases and SQL.
- Understanding of modern CI/CD pipelines and best practices.
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Professional or personal experience in the construction industry.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- Experience with white box testing methodologies.
Compensation
- Hiring Range: $105,600.00–$145,200.00
