  • Trimble is looking for a dynamic Lead Development Representative in Riyadh, KSA to spark innovation, engage key stakeholders, and drive high impact growth within our global AECO network.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential customers within target markets using digital tools, databases, and industry events.
  • Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified leads.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria and hand them off to the sales team for follow up.
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead and opportunity activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute lead generation campaigns and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for sales executives.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and campaign performance.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs for lead generation and conversion.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Civil Engineering is a plus).
  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales (preferably in B2B technology or SaaS).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — fluent in Arabic and English
  • Nationality: Restricted to Saudi National Only (to meet Saudization quotas).
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Self motivated, goal oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with sales prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, etc.)

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in construction technology, or industrial solutions sectors.
  • Prior experience working in the Middle East region.

  • Location: Riyadh, KSA In Office
  • Travel Requirement: up to 25%
