About the Role
Trimble is seeking a motivated Lead Development Representative (SDR) in Riyadh, KSA to identify, qualify, and nurture sales opportunities within the region. The role involves prospecting, lead qualification, CRM management, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers within target markets using digital tools, databases, and industry events
- Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified leads
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria and hand them off to the sales team for follow up
- Maintain accurate records of all lead and opportunity activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute lead generation campaigns and nurture prospects through the sales funnel
- Schedule meetings and product demos for sales executives
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and campaign performance
- Achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs for lead generation and conversion
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Civil Engineering is a plus)
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales (preferably in B2B technology or SaaS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — fluent in Arabic and English
- Nationality: Restricted to Saudi National Only (to meet Saudization quotas)
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Self motivated, goal oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with sales prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, etc.)

Essential Skills & Experience
