Role Overview
Execute a complete software development lifecycle for Oracle ERP HRMS software solutions.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand functional, non-functional, and departmental requirements.
Ensure development work meets coding standards, technical designs, quality procedures, and software development KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, debug, integrate, document, and support software solutions through release and post-go-live operation.
- Create prototypes, software verification plans, unit test cases, and system integration tests.
- Provide technical assistance after go-live and assess user feedback for future releases and fixes.
- Contribute to repositories, follow coding and documentation best practices, and share knowledge with the software engineering community.
Technical Skills
- Oracle ERP HRMS, including EBS and Fusion, as specified in the job title.
- Software development lifecycle execution, coding, unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and quality assurance.
- User acceptance testing support, technical documentation, software maintenance, and KPI monitoring.
