Position Overview
Hands-on Software Engineer and Java Full Stack Developer position based in Noida.
Build and deliver features for a fintech enterprise product focused on data aggregation, reconciliation, and reporting.
The role covers product features end-to-end and requires understanding system internals and future product requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant hands-on experience designing and developing enterprise business systems or software.
- Strong Enterprise Java, Hibernate-JPA, Spring, Spring Boot, REST, JMS, XML, and JSON skills.
- Good working experience with Unix, Oracle, and SQL.
- Experience delivering product features or modules end-to-end.
- Ability to reason about application internals and data flow, debug issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Experience with Agile Development, Scrum, and iterative approaches.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve software issues.
Responsibilities
- Work with Product Management to clarify requirements and resolve queries.
- Develop high-quality business-layer, interface, and service code according to standards.
- Design and implement solutions for complex business problems.
