Role Overview
The employer is an AI platform serving private equity, investment banking, private credit, and alternative asset management professionals.
The platform provides an intelligent deal workspace for sourcing, due diligence, portfolio monitoring, and investor relations.
The role is a Backend Software Engineer responsible for server-side architecture and scalable platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend logic for data processing, integration workflows, and agentic AI orchestration.
- Create and maintain efficient MongoDB and Redis schemas focused on data integrity and security.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs connecting frontend, backend, and third-party integrations such as Datasite and Grata.
- Work directly with Client Success, Product, and Engineering teams on robust platform solutions.
What You Bring
- Advanced Python proficiency with production-grade code quality.
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining RESTful APIs.
- Expertise with MongoDB and Redis document and in-memory data stores.
- Strong experience with distributed systems and multithreading.
