Role overview
Develop and support business applications built on the .NET platform.
Translate requirements into system solutions that meet business, performance, and compliance expectations.
Application development
- Work with the .NET System Analyst and review technical designs.
- Perform coding, testing, deployment, code reviews, and solution validation.
- Define test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Support system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
Production support
- Provide L2 and L3 support for .NET applications.
- Analyze incidents, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
- Support releases, patches, enhancements, and defect resolution.
- Identify improvements that reduce recurring issues.
Integration and data
- Design and support integrations using REST APIs, web services, and messaging systems.
- Use SQL Server for analysis, reporting, performance troubleshooting, and data validation.
