Describe the role in non-technical terms: As a Solution Lead, the candidate should have deep understanding of technologies, code review, hands-on coding experience, code quality, CICD and team leading experience.

As a Solution Lead, candidate should be able to provide technical solution, always be learning, accountable and trustworthy, be able to spot and fix the problem fast within tight deadline and identify technical risk.

Should have leadership skill to lead and mentor development team.

Soln Lead will work closely with Product Owner to convert functional requirement to technical requirement and will be reporting to Engineering Manager.

What problems will this person solve in the first 90 days?

As a solution lead, candidate should achieve fair understanding of the application, organization process related to application life cycle, identify application stakeholders, and must lead in delivering at least one functional epic or technical epic.

Biggest selling features of the role ( what makes this role exciting?) As a Technical Owner of the application, Solution Lead takes technical decision and gives technical direction to the applications and development team.

Leading development team ensuring quality solutions.

Leading quality delivery of application from requirement to production and support post production deployment of the application.
