Intern program

• Summer interns work full-time for 40 hours per week from May through August.
• Candidates must be currently enrolled college students actively pursuing a degree.

Job purpose

Key responsibilities

• Work independently and with a team while providing business support to analyze software.
• Write, develop, evaluate, and document new and modified software programs.
• Test and prepare software applications for installation.
• Support end users through software troubleshooting and training.
• Research technical data and communicate engineering-related information with internal and external sources.
• Manage software assets and maintenance contracts.
• Prepare technical reports and recommendations and participate in department improvement activities.
• Support the quality management system in accordance with ISO standards.

Required experience

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Two years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, including a master's degree plus internship experience.
• Developed technical skills and knowledge in the field of support.
• Well-developed problem analysis and problem-solving techniques.

Pay transparency

• The stated annual salary range is USD $19.57 to $35.02, plus any applicable bonus.
• Actual salary depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable location.
