CNH seeks a Senior Software Engineer for its Core Software team.
The role develops foundational software powering next-generation real-time vision systems.
The engineer collaborates with application, AI, and hardware teams across heterogeneous computing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain core software components and libraries.
- Write modern C++ focused on performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Design reusable, modular, and extensible architectures.
- Optimize software for multicore CPUs and heterogeneous SoC platforms.
- Integrate GPU-accelerated processing pipelines with AI, vision, and embedded teams.
- Conduct code reviews, lead technical initiatives, contribute to architecture, and mentor engineers.
Required Experience
- Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field with 5 or more years of relevant industry experience.
- Proven modern C++ and Linux application development experience.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, multithreading, synchronization, asynchronous programming, and concurrent design.
- Strong knowledge of architecture, design patterns, debugging, profiling, and performance optimization.
- Experience developing reusable frameworks, libraries, or middleware.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CUDA or OpenCL GPU computing technologies.
- Familiarity with ARM-based embedded Linux platforms such as NVIDIA Jetson, Qualcomm, or NXP.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools and best practices.
Pay Transparency
- The annual salary range is USD 106,725 to USD 163,645, plus any applicable bonus.
- Actual compensation varies based on skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
