Job Description
The role is a Software Engineer III within JPMorganChase's Commercial and Investment Bank.
The engineer will design and deliver trusted, secure, stable, and scalable technology products.
The position is for a seasoned member of an agile team supporting business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute software design, development, solutions delivery, and technical troubleshooting.
- Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain software algorithms.
- Use and critically validate enterprise-authorized AI coding tools for development, testing, and documentation.
- Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications.
- Analyze and visualize large datasets to drive continuous improvement of applications and systems.
- Identify data patterns and hidden problems to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Formal software engineering training or certification and at least 3 years of applied experience.
- Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment.
