Role Overview

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant computer engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• At least 6 years of IT industry experience, including at least 2 years delivering React Native applications.
• At least 4 years of Android SDK and Java or Kotlin experience.
• Expertise designing, implementing, analyzing, and troubleshooting mobile applications for highly transactional systems.
• Experience with React Native, native mobile development environments and languages, and React Native plugins.
• Working knowledge of Redux, React, Expo, Jest, REST APIs, XML, JSON, and unit testing.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, teamwork, and Agile development capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge of distributed architectures is preferred.
• Test-driven development frameworks and automated mobile testing experience are preferred.
• Experience with highly scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems is preferred.
• SAFe methodology experience is preferred.
• Cross-functional DevOps and CI/CD experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain React Native applications for iOS and Android.
• Architect, build, and optimize mobile applications for digital banking.
• Perform full lifecycle development in an Agile environment.
• Analyze, design, implement, and troubleshoot highly transactional mobile applications.
• Build React Native plugins and use Redux, React, Expo, and Jest.
• Integrate REST APIs and handle XML and JSON data.
• Write unit tests and contribute to testing, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
