BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field
- A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in software design and development
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in preferred technology stack
- Java Full stack design & development
- Java microservices
- Spring Framework / Spring Boot
- NoSQL, JPA, Hibernate
- HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, Angular
- TDD/BDD
- RESTful services
- CI/CD tooling including Jenkins, Maven, Gradle and Docker
- API based design and development using REST & SOAP frameworks
- Experience in deployment and troubleshooting in K8 environment
- Deep understanding of Software Development and Quality Assurance best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Experience operating in an Agile environment, with a deep understanding of agile development principles.
AI & Modern Engineering Skillsets Beneficial
- Hands‑on experience using AI coding assistants such as:
- Cursor or equivalent AI‑first IDEs
- Experience applying Generative AI for : Code generation and refactoring Test generation and coverage improvement Documentation and API contract generation
- Code generation and refactoring

- Documentation and API contract generation
- Strong understanding of responsible AI usage , including code correctness, security, data privacy, and licensing considerations.
- Ability to critically review and validate AI‑generated code outputs .
