Responsibilities
- Adapt, build, and launch first-party applications and experiences for iOS phones paired with next-generation wearables, using familiar iOS development tools.
- Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate the end-to-end engineering life-cycle, including prototyping, automated test generation, and code optimization for wearable experiences.
- Ensure XR support feels native and idiomatic to iOS, leveraging modern mobile development practices, such as Model-View-ViewModel (MVVM), and the Glasses Software Development Kit (SDK).
- Partner with User Experience (UX) and Product Management (PM) teams to define, prototype, and test experiences to understand user value and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other Google teams (Google Translate, etc.) to build features that leverage the best of Google products and services.

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience programming in the Swift or Objective-C programming language.
2 years of experience with iOS application development.
1 year of experience in Android development.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms in either an academic or industry setting.
2 years of experience developing Android or iOS applications, programming in Java or Swift/Objective-C.
Experience in Bluetooth or development for wearables.
Qualifications
