Responsibilities
- Lead the comprehensive documentation and structural alignment of the Data Center Services (DCS) integrated operational model to enable teams to adapt and scale to evolving demands.
- Oversee the development and deployment of the proprietary tools to optimise operations through enhanced digital visibility.
- Drive high-level programmatic governance and a collaborative culture across EMEA framework vendors.
- Lead program to enhance execution predictability and procurement speed by coordinating standardised core Scope of Work (SOW) deliverable templates.
- Establish streamlined processes to eliminate contractual and training gaps while converting historical challenges into future operational standards.

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management or operations management within data centers, construction, process improvement and systems management.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of managing complex organizational boundaries and driving alignment across stakeholder groups.
