Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years of experience.
Java/Spring Boot: Demonstrated ability to independently design, develop, debug, test, deploy, and support production applications.
AI-native engineering: Experience applying tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar AI-assisted development platforms across implementation, testing, review, documentation, and troubleshooting workflows.

Delivery: Ability to estimate complex engineering work and understand the components required to deploy, release, monitor, and support production software.
Experience with cloud-native architectures and engineering platforms such as Azure, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, containerization, observability tooling, or infrastructure-as-code is preferred.
Understanding of secure software development practices in a compliance-driven environment is preferred; experience with standards such as NERC CIP or SOC 1 is beneficial.
Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge.

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $125,000 - $150,000 USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience. Position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.
