Strong programming and analytical experience using tools such as Python, R, SAS, EViews, or VBA.
Experience developing machine learning and AI-driven predictive analytics, which may include regression and forecasting, classification and clustering, time-series forecasting, deep learning, natural language processing, and large language models.
Experience with common data science and machine learning frameworks such as NumPy, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

Experience creating dashboards and data visualization solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Plotly, or Streamlit.
Experience working with cloud platforms and modern software engineering practices, including Azure, AWS, GCP, and Git.
Strong knowledge of data management and data engineering, including SQL, NoSQL, ETL processes, and data warehousing.

In this role, you'll have an opportunity to help shape how MISO responds to rapidly growing large-load demand while strengthening the connection between where the grid is headed and what it needs to reliably deliver today.
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $119,000-$144,000 USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience.
