Job Summary
This is a full-time, on-site Software Engineer II position in Germantown, Maryland.
The role focuses on secure software development, architecture, and mission-critical radar defense systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, analyze, test, and debug computer software applications and systems.
- Learn and contribute to image and signal processing, real-time systems, firmware, database design, and operating systems.
- Take ownership of budgets, costs, schedules, and leadership for assigned outcomes.
- Communicate with company personnel and customers as required.
- Provide technical assistance to engineers and support personnel, and teach others on the team.
- Make architectural decisions, promote best practices, and support software supply chain integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field with at least 2 years of experience.
- At least 2 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong front-end development with TypeScript and React or React Native.
- Backend development in Node.js, Python, C#, Java, or a similar modern language.
- Working proficiency with Linux for development, execution, and debugging.
- Experience with Git.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- An active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain one within a reasonable time after employment begins is required.

- Interest in systems-level development, including Rust, low-level Linux, and containerized microservices, is requested for growth in the backend stack.
Compensation and Benefits
- The stated salary range is $91,907 to $119,480.
- Additional eligibility may include performance bonuses, equity awards, and overtime pay.
