Join Deloitte's AI and Engineering team to design, build, and deliver full-stack software and AI-enabled solutions for client engagements.
The team builds integrated software, data, AI, network, and hybrid-cloud solutions for mission-critical operations.

Work you will do
- Design, build, test, and maintain scalable full-stack features across front-end and back-end systems.
- Develop microservices, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, containerized workloads, and infrastructure as code.
- Integrate Anthropic Claude and other generative AI APIs.
- Build context-aware features, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, tool-calling workflows, and automation solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers on technical solutions, estimates, and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot defects, improve performance, write automated tests, and support production readiness.
- Participate in incident response and on-call rotations.
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience focused on full-stack development.
- 3+ years of full system lifecycle development from requirements through production deployment.
