Position Summary
Deloitte's AI & Engineering practice builds and operates software, data, AI, network, and hybrid cloud solutions.
Engineering as a Service provides design, implementation, and technology operations using product engineering delivery models.
Work You'll Do
- Build, test, and ship reliable full-stack software as part of an agile engineering team.
- Contribute to cloud-native applications and AI-augmented features while developing technical depth across the stack.
- Design, build, test, and maintain scalable frontend and backend features.
- Develop microservices and APIs and implement CI/CD, containerized workloads, and infrastructure as code.
- Integrate LLM APIs and implement agentic AI patterns, RAG pipelines, prompt chaining, and memory management.
- Collaborate on AI-powered workflows, automation solutions, and technical solutions with cross-functional partners.
- Diagnose bugs and performance issues and contribute to testing, on-call rotations, incident response, and post-mortems.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of professional software engineering experience focused on full-stack development.
- At least 3 years of full system lifecycle development experience from requirements through production deployment.
- At least 3 years of full-stack experience with one supported backend language and one modern frontend framework.
