As a SWE II in the Web Platform & Standards team, you will work on consolidating our frontend codebases into a single monorepo — the foundation for faster, safer and more consistent delivery across every web surface. This role is the connective tissue between the Web Platform team and the product teams whose code is being migrated. Key responsibilities:

Migrate frontend codebases into the new monorepo, working through them team by team

Partner with product teams to land migrations with minimal disruption — learn their code, agree a plan, and stay with them through cutover

Build the tooling, scripts and documentation that make migration repeatable, so teams can increasingly do it themselves

Improve the day-to-day developer experience of the monorepo — build and continuous integration times, pipeline reliability, and local setup

Keep migration progress and blockers visible to engineering managers and product teams

Grow into independent ownership of a platform area over the first year
