Build, automate, and operate reliable and scalable engineering infrastructure.
Work across cloud, infrastructure, deployment automation, production operations, CI/CD, system reliability, observability, and automation.
What You’ll Do
- Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.
- Manage and improve cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
- Monitor production systems, investigate alerts, and troubleshoot reliability issues.
- Collaborate with software engineers to resolve deployment, infrastructure, and performance issues.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks using Python, Bash, or similar scripting.
- Review infrastructure, automation, and deployment-related code.
- Improve system reliability, scalability, performance, and observability.
- Contribute to monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational dashboards.
- Support incident response and participate in on-call operations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve engineering efficiency through automation.
Must Have
- Strong understanding of Linux systems.
- Basic programming or scripting skills in Python, Bash, or a similar language.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform; AWS is preferred.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code; Terraform is preferred.
- Good understanding of software deployment and production environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Experience with Docker.
- Experience with ArgoCD or other GitOps tools.
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, logging platforms, or distributed systems.
- Basic knowledge of security, IAM, secrets management, and cloud security best practices.

Use a proactive approach to identifying and solving technical problems.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with software engineers, QA, security, and other engineering teams.
Remain curious and willing to learn new technologies and solve complex infrastructure challenges.
