Position Summary
The Software Engineer will contribute to the Fraud & Risk team by building and evolving products that generate fraud signals and process identity data at scale.
The role includes designing high-performance systems, improving reliability and scalability, and collaborating across functions to deliver impactful solutions.
The role reports to the Lead Software Engineer and requires use of AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity and decision-making.
Workplace and Employment
- This is a full-time, permanent position based in the Vancouver office.
- The role follows a hybrid model with three days per week in the office.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
- Partner with Product, DevOps, QA, and engineering teams to break down complex requirements into achievable technical tasks.
- Support reusable architectures and guide implementation from concept through deployment.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Improve engineering standards, processes, and best practices.
