Software Engineer

Software Development & Design

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure software solutions aligned with business requirements and technical specifications -3.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards -3.
• Build and maintain backend microservices and RESTful APIs using industry best practices -3.
• Develop responsive front-end components and user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks -3.

System Integration & Deployment

• Integrate services and APIs using API Gateway solutions (cloud and on-premise) -3.
• Deploy applications to cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and on-premise servers -3.
• Participate in the setup and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for efficient testing, building, and deployment processes -5.
• Work with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes -5.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Perform unit testing, functional testing, and integration testing to ensure software quality and reliability -6.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks -3.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and incorporating feedback to improve code quality -3.
• Support user acceptance testing and address any issues identified during testing phases.

Collaboration & Communication

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, designers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders -3.
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives -1.
• Document technical specifications, system architecture, and development processes -7.

Qualifications & Experience

• **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field -1-3.
• **Experience:** Minimum of **3-6 years** of professional experience in software development, depending on seniority level -3-8.
• **Technical Proficiency:**
• Strong proficiency in back-end languages such as **Java** (including Spring Boot), **Python**, or **Node.js** -2-3-6.
• Experience with front-end technologies including **React**, **Angular**, **Vue.js**, or similar modern frameworks -2-3.
• Proficiency in **TypeScript** and/or **JavaScript** -2-3.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices -3.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) -2-6.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as **Azure**, **AWS**, or **GCP** -1-2.
