Position Overview
The role contributes to application development, customer support, and production issue resolution.
The applications use Java and Spring Boot-based microservices architecture.
The role collaborates with customers, business users, development teams, and support teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve Java and Spring Boot applications.
- Develop and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Investigate and resolve production issues within defined SLA timelines.
- Support customer-reported incidents and service requests.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
- Work with business users and customers to resolve technical issues.
- Support deployments and release activities.
- Monitor application performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with QA and cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC.
