Responsibilities
- Own problems by understanding needs, designing solutions, shipping them, operating them in production, and iterating on usage.
- Build and evolve products for customer strategy configuration, portfolio monitoring, and AI conversation analysis.
- Develop self-service onboarding, customer integrations, and data flows that support AI agents.
- Integrate with customer CRM, ERP, and core banking systems.
- Contribute to internal tools, AI skills, and automations that improve team productivity.
- Help shape how the company builds and ships software.
