About the Role
Own the machine learning models that determine who Murphy contacts, when, how, and how often.
Models guide every AI agent interaction and must maximize recovery within legal guardrails.
What You Will Do
- Own contact strategy across channels such as voice and WhatsApp.
- Build propensity and uplift models for pickup, payment, and response to voices, scripts, or offers.
- Run A/B tests and bandit experiments on timing, cadence, voice, and negotiation policy.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams to improve key business metrics.
Who You Are
- Hold a degree in mathematics, statistics, machine learning, computer science, or a related discipline.
- Apply probability, statistics, experimental design, and causal inference rigorously.
- Use AI tools to automate work while maintaining strict quality control.
