- Participate in all stages of product design and development, from development of the MVP through building a scalable production system
- Research product development options and provide analysis for product direction
- Manage one or more teams of Software and Quality Craftsman; evaluate employee performance, set expectations and goals for department, as well as individual staff members, recruit, mentor, train, and discipline staff to ensure success
- Participate in committees and/or focus groups as requested
- Serve as an escalation point for third tier development and/or customer escalation situations needing development management attention
- Complete other job-related assignments and special projects as directed

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or management
- 2-5 years technical management experience
- Willing and ready to exemplify HHIT’s core values on a daily basis
- Responsible for protecting data entrusted to HHIT by customers or other parties by strictly adhering to HHIT’s data security and privacy policies and procedures, as well as HIPAA, PIPEDA and all other applicable law
- Speaking and writing English is a requirement for this position
