The company is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead teams building supply chain management solutions.
The role oversees teams responsible for designing, analyzing, developing, deploying, and maintaining SaaS software.
Your responsibilities
- Lead developers, lead developers, software developers in test, and quality assurance analysts.
- Set strategic vision and project goals and ensure delivery milestones are achieved.
- Collaborate with Product Management and technical leadership to validate plans.
- Lead the evolution of development practices and responsible AI-assisted engineering adoption.
- Facilitate efficient agile practices and practical uses of AI in engineering.
- Support team motivation, well-being, career development, and training needs.
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of team and project management experience in a SaaS environment.
- Experience in team leadership, change management, team expansion, hiring, onboarding, training, and supervision.
- Deep knowledge of agile values and principles.
- College or bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to motivate others, collaborate, and work effectively as a team.

- Bilingual capability is listed as a qualification.
- Experience with SaaS is identified as an asset.
