Role Overview
The employer is seeking a motivated Software Developer Intern to join its technology team.
The intern will work on web applications, backend development, debugging, testing, and new feature implementation under experienced developer guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain web applications and software features.
- Write maintainable JavaScript code and use Node.js for backend and server-side development.
- Assist with APIs and third-party service integrations.
- Debug coding issues and participate in testing, troubleshooting, and performance improvements.
- Work with databases, collaborate with the development team, translate requirements into solutions, and document code.
- Stay updated with technologies, frameworks, and software development practices.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of JavaScript and basic to intermediate knowledge of Node.js.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and frontend and backend development concepts.
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot basic coding issues.
- Basic database knowledge is advantageous, including MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Git or GitHub is preferred.
- Good logical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Educational Qualification
- B.Tech, B.E., BCA, MCA, or an equivalent qualification in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Final-year students and recent graduates may apply.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Academic or personal projects using JavaScript or Node.js are preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Express.js and experience working with APIs are preferred.
- A GitHub profile or coding projects are preferred.
- Strong willingness to learn new technologies is valued.
Key Competencies
Problem-solving ability, logical and analytical thinking, attention to detail, quick learning, team collaboration, time management, and communication skills.
Strong interest in software development.
Pay
- Annual pay is ₹372,619.22 to ₹1,601,140.32.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
