Position Summary
Johnson Controls is seeking a Software Developer – Automation focused on Microsoft Power Platform, Generative AI, and enterprise automation.
The role combines technical development, AI innovation, prompt engineering, enterprise integrations, and mentoring of junior developers.
Power Platform Development
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Power Apps Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
- Build Power Automate Cloud Flow automations and data solutions with Microsoft Dataverse and SharePoint.
- Develop Power BI reporting and visualization solutions and optimize existing Power Platform solutions.
AI and Copilot Development
- Develop AI-enabled solutions using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Microsoft Copilot capabilities.
- Design, test, and optimize prompts for Generative AI and large language models.
- Build conversational AI agents, integrate AI into enterprise workflows, and evaluate emerging AI technologies.
Integration and Connectivity
- Develop REST API and custom connector integrations with AWS services, Jira, Remedy, SharePoint, and other enterprise applications.
