Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in business leadership, ownership, or senior management, preferably within human resources, healthcare, or professional services
- Strong strategic planning, business development, and client relationship management capabilities
- Solid understanding of the UAE labor market, healthcare sector dynamics, and relevant regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision making skills
- Ability to work on site in Dubai and commit to a full time, hands on leadership role
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred
