- Ability to lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building or scaling creative businesses
- Bachelor's degree in design, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Deep understanding of fashion and brand trends

Role Description
- The Owner role is a full time, on site position based in New York, NY.
- Leads overall studio vision, strategy, and operations.
- Oversees creative direction across fashion, product, and brand projects.
- Manages client relationships, defines project scopes, guides multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensures work meets high creative and strategic standards.

Qualifications
