Software Configuration Manager

• Exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of duties set forth above.

• Responsible for work of others, assigning tasks, leading, mentoring and developing Jr SCMs.

• Communicate effectively and proactively both orally and in writing.

• Launch new programs, establishing SCM processes and procedures.

• Drive conflicts and questions to resolution with minimal support.

• Exhibit sound interpersonal skills interfacing, coordinating and negotiating with company personnel and customers.

• Make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures.

• Analyze, evaluate, develop and implement processes and systems within budget and adhere to time requirements and schedule.

• Travel between the multiple sites responsible for supporting.
