Description & Requirements
- MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Software Configuration Manager to join our team in Doral, FL.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Responsible for supporting the establishment and maintenance of consistent and reliable system configurations
- Possess a solid understanding of configuration management principles and a developing skillset in configuration identification, control, and auditing
- Assist in the development and implementation of configuration management plans and procedures, ensuring adherence to organizational standards
- Participate in configuration audits, analyzing configuration data, and contributing to the identification of areas for improvement
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders, effectively communicating configuration information and supporting the integration of configuration management processes into the development lifecycle
- They support configuration management databases (CMDB), version control systems, and change management processes
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field. Four (4) years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required bachelor’s degree
- Two (2) or more years of Software or Information Technology Configuration Management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with software development lifecycles (SDLC).
- Experience with scripting or automation tools.
