Mission
Own the architecture of client solutions while advancing AI-empowered software development.
Lead teams in adopting AI-first engineering practices with clear structure, context, and guardrails for generative AI.
Core responsibilities
- Design AI-first software development flows, patterns, and guardrails from ideation through operations.
- Apply prompt templating, embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation, and data grounding strategies.
- Manage multi-developer environments where AI agents and engineers work side by side.
- Build evaluation harnesses, code-review agents, context packs, and CI/CD hooks.
- Prototype and harden AI-driven solutions using modern DevOps and observability practices.
- Coach teams and clients on AI-accelerated ways of working and translate AI concepts into business outcomes.
Collaboration
- Collaborate with engineers, product leaders, designers, data practitioners, customers, and field teams from discovery through delivery.
- Enable clients to sustain value after launch by adopting the team's practices and tools.
Required experience
- At least 6 years building and operating production software with leadership in system or platform architecture.
