- We’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented, and collaborative Senior Marketing Specialist to join our high-performing East marketing team. In this role, you will help drive regional and field marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, generate demand, and support client engagement.
- You will take the lead on planning and executing high-impact events, manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, and serve as a key liaison between the marketing team and internal stakeholders across the business.
- What You’ll Do
- Event Planning & Execution Plan and execute end-to-end logistics for in-person and virtual events, including client roundtables, thought leadership forums, sponsorship activations, and internal enablement programs. Manage vendor relationships, coordinate venues, catering, A/V, promotional materials, and event communications. Partner with business leaders to shape event goals, content, and audience strategy.

- Project & Campaign Management Lead and manage multiple concurrent marketing projects from concept through completion. Build and manage project timelines, workflows, and deliverables across stakeholders and teams. Track and report key performance metrics, providing post-event or post-campaign analysis and recommendations.

- Stakeholder Engagement Serve as a strategic partner to our go-to-market teams to identify marketing opportunities and support business goals. Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment, buy-in, and timely updates.

- Qualifications
- 4+ years of marketing experience.
- Demonstrated success planning and executing both in-person events and virtual.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—you’re able to manage multiple moving parts and tight deadlines without missing a beat.
- Experience managing stakeholders and navigating cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with tools like Salesforce, Pardot, and Asana is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.

- Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiri ng at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for Senior Marketing Specialist is $72,000 to $100,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus . Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
