Role Overview
The Soft Services Supervisor ensures safe, clean, and well-maintained environments for clients, tenants, and visitors.
The role oversees daily soft-services operations, site teams, service quality, health and safety, customer service, and facility-management objectives.
Core Responsibilities
- Supervise cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, pest control, landscaping, and janitorial services.
- Lead staff deployment, attendance, performance management, task allocation, training, and service-quality inspections.
- Monitor SLAs, contractual requirements, client expectations, corrective actions, and health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Coordinate with facility teams, subcontractors, helpdesk functions, and clients to deliver services smoothly.
- Manage client requests and complaints, control materials and equipment, and maintain operational and service records.
- Prepare reports and support audits, inspections, emergency cleaning, special events, VIP visits, KPIs, and contractual obligations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; Facility Management or Hospitality background is preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in soft services within Facility Management.
- Knowledge of cleaning standards, chemicals, and equipment.
- Computer skills including reporting, emails, and CMMS.
- Strong supervision, communication, and customer service skills.
- BICS certification and a UAE driving license.
