- Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Hospitality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 7–10 years in Soft FM operations managing housekeeping, cleaning, waste management, pest control, landscaping, and residential services
- Strong background in developing SOPs, service standards, KPI frameworks, quality inspection protocols, manpower deployment plans, and performance reporting
- Experience in student accommodation, hospitality, or large residential communities preferred
- Excellent documentation and contract management skills

Qualification
