Responsibilities
- Implement HSE policies and ensure regulatory compliance
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations
- Develop and implement safety procedures, emergency response plans, and permit to work systems
- Train and motivate employees to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Industrial Plant, Construction, and Shutdown Projects
- NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent HSE certifications
- GCC experience in oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, or industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of international safety standards and best practices
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (preferred)
- UAE driving license is an advantage

Job Overview
