• Active Maryland Social Work License
- Strong interest in supporting students with special education needs and related social-emotional challenges
- Ability to collaborate effectively with families, educators, and multidisciplinary team members
- Commitment to fostering student growth and contributing to a positive, supportive school environment
- Provide mental health support to students with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment and service plans aligned with student goals
- Deliver individual and group interventions focused on social skills development and emotional regulation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary school-based team to design and implement programming that supports student success
- Assess student needs and adjust interventions to ensure meaningful academic and social progress
